Lost and found in Copenhagen

So I arrived in Copenhagen and how!
I always thought British airways was like a  forerunner in quality and safety amongst several international carriers..
I  was traveling to Copenhagen via London BA138 -my first time with BA!
Boeing 777 was impressive... the first leg of the journey (from Mumbai to London) was fairly ok excluding my filler of ever so often running between terminals trying to catch the connecting flight ( I have a history of sorts here but we will leave it for some other time). ..it was the end of the second leg of the journey(London - Copenhagen) which completely stumped me... To my horror while I was waiting patiently for my luggage in Copenhagen Kastrup airport belt 4 - nothing remotely identical to any of my check in luggages appeared even after waiting for good one hour... The sign boards slowly changed signs of showing the next flight information bag stops and yet my three check in luggages were nowhere in sight
I quickly walked in the direction of the airline service partner's window (Novic in this case), and was equally quickly informed about my lost luggage - it was left behind in London ( the executive did not even bother to scan my luggage tags as if he knew the problem already). .. :@
The news was least but shocking for a girl relocating to a new country ....shifting bulk of her 'things' after paying very expensive premium for extra luggage to an assumptive quality efficient flight carrier!

So this is how Copenhagen welcomed me :(
Given that I had nothing on my back..I very quickly made my way to the shops nearby after my hotel checkin. Coffee would have been a blessing to my aching legs and heart and so before I walked any further I made my way into a quaint little Kaffe  in the bylanes of Osterbo. I was greeted by three good natured teens. One of them who seemed to be managing the cafe offered me good coffee options and started preparing my brew, we got talking later over my coffee about my first day of arrival in the city and the loss of my luggage :(
The girl gave me a warm smile and offered help on her store computer by locating the closest mall where I could buy some essentials. While I was about to leave and requested for my bill..she said the coffee is on the house!

I thanked her and left... Nothing more said :) And there it was ... My day was not as bad... I lost my luggage but found my happiness and faith in the city through the girl's gesture again! :)
